Launch with a managed allocation.
Not ready to launch? Choose Save draft at any step. Your details, artwork and allocation stay in this browser, with no payment or wallet approval. Find them under Portfolio → Created coins → Drafts & history to edit, launch or delete. Drafts do not expire or reserve a name; RAIN checks availability and shows a fresh price when you launch.
Coin names are unique on RAIN. A name that is already taken cannot be reused, even with different capitalization or extra spaces. Different names can share the same ticker. This applies to RAIN launches, not every token on Solana.
Pick a dev buy between 50% and 78% of the one-billion token supply. RAIN generates the dev wallet, LP wallet, and a token mint (a vanity suffix is optional). Before you launch, RAIN shows the full price in SOL for your selected dev buy, including RAIN’s fees and reserve. Approve that quoted amount in your wallet once, plus the wallet’s network fee. RAIN then creates the coin and completes the selected dev buy together. The payment is for the full quoted amount, not a fixed 1 SOL.
The platform keeps the keys. Your original funding is the amount the distribution engine works to reimburse first. If launch execution fails conclusively, the remaining SOL is refunded, minus approximately 0.005 SOL retained for fees.
Counter-sell a small part of demand.
For a qualifying buy worth at least $10, the dev wallet targets a counter-sale worth 7.77% of the buy’s SOL value. Each qualifying transaction triggers one immediate counter-sale. Multiple qualifying events in the same transaction share one sale; separate transactions are never accumulated into a delayed sell. Each buy must meet the threshold on its own. Actual sales remain visible on external charts. The received SOL enters the token’s accumulated pool. Dev-wallet buys and duplicate trades do not trigger another sale.
Counter-sales above 0.05 SOL use Jito bundles. Smaller sales use RPC. Execution depends on transaction costs, available inventory, tier limits, and successful settlement.
Eight buckets. No refills.
Selling begins at $50,000 market cap. The dev bag’s tier allocations are 5%, 5%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 20%, and 30%, starting at $50K, $250K, $500K, $1M, $2.5M, $5M, $10M, and $25M.
If the token falls more than one tier below the highest tier it has reached, counter-selling pauses. Spent bucket allocations never refill.
A five-minute distribution rhythm.
Every five minutes, 6.2% of the accumulated pool is allocated. The remaining 93.8% stays. The creator receives that allocation until the original funding is repaid. Only the remainder enters the 75 / 20 / 5 split.
Holder transfers are batched, paid by the platform, and retried after failures. Sub-minimum amounts remain in the pool for later allocation. No claim transaction is needed. Rewards and reimbursement depend on proceeds; they are not guaranteed.
Holding changes your weight.
Every 15 minutes, an eligible holder snapshot updates your streak. An unchanged or increased balance adds one. Your multiplier is min(7.77, 1 + streak × 0.0705). Your token balance multiplied by that weight determines your share of the holder allocation.
A reduction of up to 10% retains 75% of the streak; over 10% through 25% retains 50%; over 25% through 50% retains 25%; over 50% resets it. Exiting removes you from the active leaderboard. The dev wallet and known liquidity-pool owners do not receive holder payouts.
Graduate, then keep distributing.
After pump.fun completes the curve, RAIN switches to the canonical PumpSwap pool. Counter-selling and distributions continue. Once the LP wallet has at least 20 SOL, an operation buys tokens with approximately half the available budget and pairs them with SOL. The platform holds the resulting LP tokens.
